Systems Engineering Manager - Electrical Integration

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
In this position, you will get to:
Spearhead engineering handoff meeting
Coordinates and orders electrical long lead items and possibly finds alternates
Reviews customer spec to verify electrical conformity
Leads design review meeting with engineering team to communicate scope of project
Communicates with customer on project specifics for engineering design
Relays information to engineering team continually through customer collaboration process
Externally accountable for design schedule and customer approval
Reviews and approves final electrical design to meet customer requirements
Coaching and mentoring other designers to elevate team knowledge
You have
Academic background in Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Previous experience in or with 14+ years of related engineering experience
Skills
Ability to understand customer requirement
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Design - Translates concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, Applies Trachte design principles.
