A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Senior Manager to lead complex projects across the continuum of behavioral health care. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple behavioral health research, training, and technical assistance projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables Supervise and mentor project managers and staff, fostering a collaborative team environment Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust-based relationships Required Qualifications Master's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience in behavioral health systems, healthcare consulting, or nonprofit work Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects Strong supervisory experience with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of Medicaid and public behavioral health systems
