Collaborating and supporting our clients are the key attributes we look for in our consultants as well as professionals who have experienced the challenges and enabling technologies firsthand.The OpportunityAs a Manager within our Real Assets North America Team, you will play a leading role in Alpha Alternatives' most dynamic and growing practice, helping clients better leverage technology and data to achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate brings a combination of deep industry knowledge, strong project leadership, and the ability to develop and manage both client relationships and engagement teams.You will lead client engagements end-to-end, taking ownership of project delivery, team coordination, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for structuring workstreams, managing junior resources, and ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. A critical factor in your success will be your ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment. As you grow within the role, you will also be expected to contribute to business development efforts, proposal development, and the continued expansion of our Real Assets practice.Qualifications and Skills6-8 years of proven consulting experience, with at least 2 years in a project or engagement leadership capacityBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or a related field; a focus on real estate is a plus but not requiredMaster’s degree preferred but not requiredDemonstrated experience managing project teams, including structuring workstreams, delegating tasks, and developing junior consultantsTrack record of leading client engagements independently, with accountability for delivery quality, timeline, and stakeholder communicationStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify and escalate risks, and drive engagements to completionProcess improvement mindset, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and take steps to improve processes and drive automationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges from multiple angles and develop practical recommendationsStrong executive communication skills — written and verbal — with experience tailoring messaging for senior client stakeholdersExperience in real estate investment management or real estate operations processes, data, and/or technologies preferredHighly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; ability to build lasting client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Willingness to travel to meet client needsCPA, CFA, PMP are a plus but not requiredCompensation and Benefits Learning and development: Vast opportunities to self-development, unlimited access to LinkedIn LearningFlexible working: Work-life balance with flexible scheduleCommunity events: We offer a range of social events and meetups25 days’ holiday in addition to public holidaysSupplemented medical, dental and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchWellness initiatives to promote healthy working, including an allowance for remote working technologyAccess to discounted travel, tickets, events, and more through our benefit partner
