Lovelytics is a trusted partner for many of the most high-profile enterprise clients in Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Retail & CPG, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services.Primary Responsibilities:Identity & Access ManagementManage onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and role-based permissions across core systemsAdminister Okta (SSO, MFA, provisioning, groups, integrations)Maintain secure access across business-critical SaaS platformsEndpoint & Device ManagementProvision and support macOS/Windows devices across distributed teamsManage MDM tools (Kandji (Iru), Intune, Apple Business Manager) for deployment, patching, and complianceTroubleshoot device, application, VPN, and access issuesSaaS Administration & IT OperationsAdminister Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Salesforce, GitHub, and related toolsManage licenses, permissions, security settings, and process improvementsProvide escalated IT support, ticketing oversight, asset management, and vendor coordinationSecurity & ComplianceSupport SOC 2, NIST, and CIS-aligned IT controlsAssist with endpoint security, access reviews, audit readiness, and incident responseRequired Skills & Experience:3+ years in IT administration, systems administration, or internal IT operationsMust have 2+ years of experience with Okta including, Okta Workflows, SCIM/SAML/IDC/LDAP as well as Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration.Experience with SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and SaaS administrationMust have at least 2+ years of experience in macOS/Windows MDM administration (JAMF/Iru/Intune), including support tools and device deployment/troubleshooting. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and process improvement skillsPreferred Skills:Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Kandji (Iru), Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrikeCloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) SOC 2 / NIST / CIS experienceLovelytics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
