We have an immediate opening for a first shift maintenance technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Maintenance Tech with servicing and maintaining machine tools, hand and power tools and machine attachments.
Assist Maintenance Tech with checking compressors, repairing service piping, performing carpentry and related work involved in maintaining the building.
Oil and grease machines following prescribed schedule.
Maintain adequate supply of soap, paper hand towels, and toilet tissue in bathrooms.
Sweep and wash floors, clean stairways, dust furniture, empty waste baskets and trash barrels, clean windows, wash walls, clean cafeteria. Clean restrooms when needed.
Observe all health and safety requirements.
Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
0-3 months maintenance experience
2 years trade school or equivalent machine maintenance experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical repair and wiring schematics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
