Information Technology System Engineer

Location : San Francisco,CADuration :12+monthsIT Systems Engineer3+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or Technical Support.Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.Strong hands-on onsite IT support experience.Experience with Okta/IAM, SSO, MFA, and SaaS administration.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, or Microsoft 365.Knowledge of endpoint management, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi/VPN) and troubleshooting.Experience with Python, TypeScript, PowerShell, Terraform, APIs, or other scripting/automation tools is preferred.Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and ownership skills.Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and improve IT processes through automation and better tooling.
