Job Description Quest Group is on the hunt for a talented Registration Associate to work for our Highly Respected Client!About the Role:Communicates with patients, families, physicians, quality review, clinical staff, and insurance companies to obtain information and insurance verification to ensure quality patient care and payment of hospital accounts.Collaborates with Appeals department to overturn claims denials.Provides other registration, clerical, and billing support as required, including scheduling, chart creation, charge entry, scanning, and point-of-service collections.Requirements:Must have experience with EpicHigh volume, fast paced officeThey need someone that can hit the ground running. A quick learner with excellent communication skills.1 year of experience in registrationCertified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)Experience using patient registration systems, insurance verification systems, and/or Medicaid portalsRole Hours:In-person at their Outpatient Rehab Cinic M-FRegistration hours: 9-5:30APPLY TODAY!!!!
