Job DescriptionManual GrinderWe are seeking an experienced Manual Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual grinding equipment and working with precision metal components. CNC training is available for someone interested in expanding their machining skills.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manual grinders, including surface and cylindrical grinders.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Grind parts to required dimensions and tolerances.Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area.Follow all quality and safety procedures.QualificationsExperience with manual grinding equipment.Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances.Experience using precision measuring tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Interest in learning CNC machining.
