Forward Deployed EngineerWe need a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers and ship custom AI agent systems end-to-end. You translate ambiguous requirements into working software, write the code yourself, and own deployments until they run in production.You'll:Sit with customers, identify the highest-leverage automation, and scope itDesign and build agents on the Claude API (tool use, MCP servers, retrieval, evals)Ship production code in TypeScript, Python, or Elixir, whatever the integration calls forOwn the loop end-to-end: prototype, harden, deploy, hand offDrive the relationship: demos, async updates, honest scope conversationsYou are:A senior engineer who ships without a PM holding your handComfortable in customer-facing settings, written and liveFluent in LLM tool use, RAG, and agent orchestration patternsOpinionated about what NOT to buildNice to have:Claude API, MCP server, or LangGraph experiencePast FDE work at Palantir, Anthropic, OpenAI, or similarDomain depth in cybersec, legal, finance, or healthcare
