Recruiter – Professional & Technical StaffingWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven background sourcing and hiring professional-level candidates in technical and construction-related industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire placements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection activities.The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Engineers, Designers, Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Schedulers, and other technical professionals, with the ability to effectively evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit for client organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positionsSource qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, networking, and other recruiting platformsConduct candidate screening interviews via phone, Zoom, and Microsoft TeamsEvaluate resumes and technical backgrounds to determine candidate fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCommunicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring processPresent qualified candidates with detailed screening notes and recommendationsEnsure recruiting activities are completed in a timely and organized mannerQualificationsPrevious experience recruiting professional and technical personnel requiredProven experience placing candidates on a direct hire basisStrong resume review and candidate evaluation skillsExperience interviewing candidates through virtual platforms including Zoom and Microsoft TeamsProficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiterExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneouslyPreferred BackgroundExperience recruiting within:EngineeringConstructionIndustrialEPCManufacturingOil & GasInfrastructure or related technical industriesCompensationCompensation will be based on experience, recruiting background, and placement success.
