Job SummaryPrimetime Facility Services (PFS) is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead our Cypress, TX operations. This role holds full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership across our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service divisions.The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with proven experience in mechanical services within commercial and healthcare environments, including clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. This individual will oversee both field operations and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee all day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service linesLead and manage field teams, project managers, technicians, and administrative staffEnsure seamless coordination between office operations and field executionDevelop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and scalabilityEstablish and monitor KPIs and performance metricsFinancial & P&L ManagementOwn full P&L responsibility for the divisionDevelop and manage annual budgets and forecastsMonitor job costing, margins, and profitability across all service linesAnalyze financial reports and implement cost control strategiesDrive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiencyCommercial & Healthcare Facilities OversightOversee service, maintenance, and projects within:Commercial facilitiesMedical clinicsAmbulatory surgery centersEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standardsMaintain operational integrity of critical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Support capital improvement and preventative maintenance initiativesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop high-performing teamsProvide leadership, coaching, and performance managementBuild a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellenceEstablish clear expectations and drive team performance outcomesClient & Vendor RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial and healthcare clientsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionOversee vendor and subcontractor performance and contractsAct as a key point of contact for client escalations and strategic accountsCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with OSHA standards and healthcare regulationsEnforce and maintain job site safety protocolsOversee risk management and incident reporting proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 5–7+ years of leadership experience in operations or general management within mechanical servicesStrong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsExperience in commercial and/or healthcare facility environmentsProven success managing P&L, budgets, and financial performanceDemonstrated ability to lead both field and administrative teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)Performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off
