In this role, you’ll manage a $30 million portfolio with significant growth potential and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and profitability. What You Will DoLead $30 million portfolio across Stop & Shop, The Giant Company, Hannaford and DavidsonDrive joint business planning, promotional strategy, and contract negotiationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and field teamsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitabilityEnsure pricing and promotional parity across customersAnalyze data to inform strategy and optimize performanceSupport local events and resolve account-level challengesManage accurate reporting, sales forecasts, and trade spend trackingCollaborate cross-functionally to bring products and programs to marketTravel up to 25%, home-based office ideally in cities in or around the Quincy, Portland, Manchester or Philadelphia areasWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree and a minimum of 7+ years in sales, national accounts, or category management in the CPG food industry Strong leadership, joint business strategic planning, financial acumen, and negotiation skillsProven experience managing trade spend and promotionsExperience working cross functionallyWhat We OfferThe base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $178,000 annually, with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance and car allowance.
