Mechanic Certification Exam Staff – Test Proctor Lehi, UT (travel to Payson, UT as needed) | Contract | In-Person Pay: $200/event | Includes paid remote trainingAbout the Role As an ASE Exam Proctor, you'll support the on-site delivery of mechanic certification testing events. Working under the direction of the on-site Supervisor, you are responsible for monitoring candidates, collecting scorecards, and gathering candidate signatures, ensuring a secure, professional, and compliant testing environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor candidates throughout the exam to ensure testing integrityCollect scorecards and candidate signatures upon exam completionAssist with maintaining a quiet, organized, and secure testing environmentFollow all ASE and Prometric testing procedures as directed by the SupervisorSupport candidate check-in and verify roster as neededEscalate any issues or irregularities to the on-site Supervisor immediatelyQualificationsReliable and punctual — must arrive on time or earlyProfessional demeanor when interacting with candidates, staff, and venue partnersAbility to follow instructions precisely and stay attentive throughout the eventCalm and composed when issues ariseComfortable standing, moving around the venue, and remaining on-site for the full test day (typically 7am–5pm)Available to travel to our Payson, UT sister location when neededScheduleTest Day only: up to 9 hours (typically 7am–5pm)Compensation $200 per day | Includes paid remote trainingHow to Apply: Submit a short video interview using Loom or any recording tool of your choice.
