Our partnership with Thrive and their recently launched Thrive Holdings strategy is accelerating our deployment of artificial intelligence, process automation, and advanced software into our partners companies.About The RoleThe Accounting Integration Manager will lead the integration of newly acquired firms into the company’s centralized accounting platform, overseeing the transition of accounting processes, ERP implementation, financial reporting alignment, and internal controls standardization. This role will oversee the integration process for new firms, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant integration outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration ExecutionLead full-cycle accounting integrations for acquired firms, including GL mapping, process migration, and policy adoptionOversee ERP system onboarding, data migration, and parallel testingCoordinate with payroll, tax, benefits, and operations teams to ensure seamless transitionFinancial Reporting & ControlsEnsure financial statements for integrated entities meet GAAP standards and internal reporting requirementsOversee reconciliation processes, variance analysis, and month-end close timelines during integrationProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline integration processes and documentationImplement standardized templates and SOPs for all integration activitiesStakeholder CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for acquired firm leadership during integrationProvide regular status updates to senior leadership and private equity partnersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting experienceProven experience with ERP system implementations and post-M&A integrationStrong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, consolidations, intercompany, etc.)Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
