NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer - React/Node Details: Full Stack Developer - React / Node Location: Denver CO - Onsite Duration: 12 months We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js to build and scale modern web applications.You will work across frontend and backend layers, collaborating with product, UX, and platform teams to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive web applications using React on the frontendBuild scalable backend services and APIs using Node.jsDevelop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for frontend consumptionWork across the full stack - UI, business logic, and data layersTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and securityWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeCollaborate with UI/UX designers and product managersParticipate in code reviews and architecture discussionsContribute to CI/CD and deployment workflows Required Technical SkillsStrong experience with React (Hooks, Context, modern patterns)Strong backend development experience using Node.jsProficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScriptExperience with Express.js or similar Node frameworksSolid understanding of REST API designExperience with frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)Database experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQLExperience integrating third-party APIsKnowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)Familiarity with Git-based workflowsUnderstanding of containerization or cloud deployment is a plus Nice to HaveExperience with Next.js or server-side renderingCloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)Microservices architecture exposureExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)CI/CD pipeline experienceDocker/Kubernetes familiarity Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving abilityClear communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced agile teamsOwnership mindset and accountabilityCollaborative team player
