Construction Litigation Associate

Verrill is actively seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join our Litigation Practice Group in Portland, Maine. The group's construction practice is both regional and national in scope. The attorneys in the group are devoted to working closely with clients throughout the litigation process to resolve complex legal issues while providing the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of construction litigation experience and be admitted to the Maine Bar (or have the ability to obtain admission). Relocation to the area is required, if applicable Experience with drafting and negotiation of construction and design/engineering contracts is a plus. Strong research, writing skills, and superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills are required.
