Come be a part of something unique, the Mike Calvert Toyota difference!Job Responsibilities:Count, balance and receive parts and service cash, checks and charges.Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.Deposit daily checks (Chase Connect)Receive bank drafts and send by FedExPrint and distribute statements every 25th of the monthReceive Spiff moneyClose all bank deposits by the end of the dayPrint and verify deposit reportsFile checks that have been depositedReceive title customer cashPay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourRequirements:Automotive Accounts receivable experience - minimum 2 yearsAbility to execute the job requirements listed belowDetailed, ability to multi task and organizedKnowledge of accounting software including ERA linkTeam player
