Job Description Description:DescriptionJob Type: Full-timeLocation: University and 16th StPay Rate: Day Shift $18.00 per hourShifts: Monday through Thursday, 5am until finishedA2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.In this role, you will:Load and unload tires manuallyUnload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frameOrder picking / order selectingAttendance and punctuality are VITALContribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating proceduresAbility to repetitively lift- up to 80 poundsWork on feet for extended periods of timeRequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.AMust pass a background check (not felon friendly)Must pass a 10 panel drug screenMust be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shiftMust be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shiftMust have steel toed boots or steel toed shoesMust be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)Must be bilingualMust be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on timeRequirements:
