TalentCo are delighted to be working with one of Silicon Valley's most exciting Agentic AI startups (YC-backed), looking to hire a world-class Product Manager into their growing HQ in downtown San Francisco.Having recently raised a huge seed round from top investors, they're now keen to bring in high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed talent, as they continue build out their product deployment org.You will become a founding employee in SF reporting directly to the CEO, helping to build and deploy groundbreaking AI Agents for this early-stage startup of 12 people, so this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founding team.This is a dream role for an aspiring AI builder where you'll get the chance to work on LLMs at scale, while being at the forefront of building and scaling AI-powered applications, transforming how enterprises interact with intelligent agents.As Product Manager (AI Agent Deployment) you will:Take full ownership of the deployment process - you'll guide enterprise customers from initial kickoff to go-live and beyond, ensuring smooth and successful rollouts of AI OperatorsCollaborate with customers to map their business workflows, define key objectives, and shape deployment strategies that deliver real valueDesign, configure and validate AI Operators using internal tooling and prompt frameworks - you'll test what works and iterate fastWork cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI teams to troubleshoot edge cases and build solutions that scaleUse insights from customer feedback and live deployments to continuously improve performance and impactPartner with customer success and sales to support strategic accounts and contribute to closing high-value deals through your product knowledgeWe want to hear from you if:Academic Excellence: You're a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a degree in Computer Science or another STEM subject that reflects your intellectual rigour and technical curiosity.Early Career Experience: You have 3+ years experience in another early stage startup (interesting internships count here) including some experience in a client-facing post-sale technical deployment or implementation role. Entrepreneurial streak is highly valued.AI Passion Bordering on Obsession: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important.
