Role DescriptionWe're looking for a full-time motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the trade show and event industry. In this role, you will connect with exhibitors from a show call list to promote Under 1 Roof Trade Services and sell exhibit space flooring and labor. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and thrives on building relationships over the phone.This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing strong earning potential for driven sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Make 50-75 outbound sales calls daily from a provided list of exhibitors.Engage prospects with a friendly, professional attitude and structured talking points.Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products or service, and close sales over the phone or via email.Accurately record call details, customer information, and outcomes.Process quotes and orders accurately and timely.Prepare end-of-day report and update sales reports dailyMeet or exceed show sales goals.Qualifications1–3 years of sales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience (experience in trade shows or events is a plus).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Confident, personable, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.Strong organization and follow-up skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel (a must)Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary + CommissionPerformance SpiffsPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision benefits, 401K
