Job Description We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring smooth front-of-house functions. Your expertise in food service management, team supervision, and hospitality will drive the success of our establishment while fostering a positive work environment.Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff and training new team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee customer interactions to guarantee a memorable dining experience and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage shift schedules, coordinate reservations, and optimize seating arrangements to maximize efficiency during busy hours. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness protocols across all front-of-house areas. Operate POS systems such as Toast, for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction management. Control inventory levels for service supplies and assist in ordering stock to maintain optimal restaurant operations. Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery. Experience Proven experience in food service management or hospitality leadership within quick service or fast food restaurants. Extensive background in supervising teams, staff training & development, and managing restaurant operations. Hands-on experience with POS systems like Toast; cash handling proficiency required. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices effectively. Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, interview candidates, and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of the food industry standards including culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management is advantageous.
