Escalate to SM when necessaryOrganize dispatch boardDirect all work orders statuses from:Waiting ServicePendingScheduledUnacknowledgedTravelOnsiteReturn TripParts Ordered Collaborate with ESTParts ReceivedParts Pick UpQuote Approved (ASAC tech work) Schedule with no parts neededQuote Approved(Subcontractor/ With or without ASAC tech) coordinate schedule with sub contractors and customersBillingReview completed work orders and add billing instructions and set status to Invoice ReviewEscalate problem work orders to SM and set status to Manager ReviewPM Work OrdersCheck for completeness, prepare future order and close outPurchasingOrder PM materialsPrepare inventory and Tool PO's for technicians (Approval from Rob with collaboration with FS)PayrollCheck for accuracy and submit to payroll departmentEscalate to service manager any issuesCoil CleaningSchedule coil cleaning with customers and subcontractorsTechnician SupportProvide equipment lists, coordinate vehicle repairs, etc.Driving AlertsAddress with technician as neededEscalate to zone manager as neededPaycomApprove time off requests for techniciansEscalate any issues to zone managerAssist Service Manager with technician reviewsInitiate performance discussions in Paycom and send to SM for approval
