Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 2nd Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant team. If you have 1-3 years of dental assisting experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you! Act as one of our dental assistants and the Ambassador of our practice with a "Ritz Carlton Style" attitude and customer service.. Assist in all facets of general/surgical/implant dental assisting. Order supplies, restock operatories, and Manage lab/supply bill manage inventory. Support front office/admin with hygiene recare, insurance verification, and benefit breakdowns. Be adaptable and assist the team to ensure excellent patient care. Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Radiology and Nitrous Certifications. Proficient in both front and back office protocols, including Dentrix functions. 3 years of experience in dental assisting. Benefits: Competitive pay ($18.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience) with exciting bonuses. 30-32 patient hours per week, 5 days per week (Mon-Thurs, Fri admin day, and one half Saturday per month).
