General Construction Worker – Travel Required Locations: Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, and more Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 40+ hours per week · Year-round work Estimated Annual Earnings (Before Per Diem): 40 hrs/week @ $20/hr → ~$41,600/year 50 hrs/week @ $20/hr → ~$52,000/year 60 hrs/week @ $20/hr → ~$62,400/year (Higher hourly rates and more hours increase annual earnings accordingly) About the Role: We are an exponentially growing general contracting company looking for reliable, hardworking general construction workers to join our team. This is a hands-on field position focused on renovation, maintenance, and repair work—not a management role. Required Experience & Skills: Moderate to strong experience in painting Experience with drywall, mudding, and patch work Demolition experience Light experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in fast-paced environments Travel & Compensation Details: Travel is required Travel pay provided Airbnb or hotel provided when traveling far or out of state If Airbnb is used, you will have your own private room Per diem paid while traveling (details discussed during interview) Requirements: Must have own tools Must have own reliable transportation Willingness to travel as needed Ability to work independently or with small and large teams Able to take constructive criticism and direction Punctual, dependable, and honest Strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Work Location: In person
