Role Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in San Ramon, CA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and addressing facility maintenance issues. Responsibilities include maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring safety standards, and responding promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime. This role requires hands-on technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of equipment issuesExperience in Maintenance & Repair of facilities and machineryKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance processes and systemsGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematicsStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team membersPhysical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks and operate equipment safelyRelevant certification or technical training is a plusUnderstanding of workplace safety and compliance standards
