This role will play a key part in driving AI-enabled programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across wealth management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are metPartner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive executionManage AI-related initiatives, including implementation, integration, or process optimization using AI/ML capabilitiesFacilitate stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates, risk tracking, and decision-making supportDefine project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocationIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactivelyEnsure alignment between business objectives and technology deliveryDrive adoption and change management across impacted teamsRequired Qualifications (Must-Have)8–12+ years of Project Management experienceStrong domain expertise in Wealth ManagementProven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology teamsRecent, hands-on experience working on AI / Machine Learning initiativesExperience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
