This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated securities transactions and public company matters for a diverse client base that includes issuers, underwriters, and investors.Associates in this role will gain exposure to a wide range of capital markets transactions and regulatory matters, working closely with experienced attorneys across offices on complex, fast-paced deals.
