Your Role in Fast CasualAs a Food and Beverage Operator, you are the face of our fast casual dining locations. You will prepare and serve food and beverages, keep service moving smoothly, and create positive, memorable guest experiences. You will work fast, stay organized, and help deliver quality food and friendly service that keeps guests coming back. What You'll Be Serving UpRun Your StationPrepare and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently Maintain portioning, presentation, and quality standards Operate kitchen, beverage, and point of sale equipment safely Keep Service MovingGreet guests promptly and take orders accurately Coordinate with teammates to keep lines moving and orders flowing Communicate clearly during busy periods to handle the rush Stay Fresh and CleanKeep your station stocked and ready for service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Teamwork in ActionCollaborate with fellow operators and leadership Adapt to changing venue needs and shift between locations as needed Report equipment issues or safety concerns and pitch in wherever needed Who You AreFriendly and guest focused with a positive attitude Experienced in fast-paced service or eager to learn quickly Comfortable rotating between stations and tasks Calm under pressure and organized during busy service periods A team player who communicates well and supports others Belmont Park LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. safely. Ability to move equipment using pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, or shoving. Ability to work in noisy environments. Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to a variety of weather conditions, including rain, cold, direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity. Skills & Qualifications Required if serving alcohol: RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) training. Required: Food Handler's Card, or ability to obtain prior to start date. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders. Strong focus on safety and ability to follow established safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle difficult guest situations professionally and calmly. Testing/Work Authorization: Valid U.S. work authorization required. Must be 16yrs of age or older. Applicants 18 and older will be required to complete a background check upon receiving a conditional job offer. Expected Hours of Work: Flexible availability is required, including nights, holidays, and peak seasons. Team members must maintain open availability for at least two of the three weekend days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
