If you enjoy working outdoors, engaging with customers, and are looking for a role with high earning potential, this is the position for you.Mira provides a comprehensive, paid two-week training period that combines classroom learning with hands-on field experience to ensure you are fully prepared for the season.Compensation & PerksBase Pay: $18/hr.Overtime: Regular opportunities for overtime during peak season at $27/hr.Incentive Bonuses: * KPI Bonus Potential: Up to $500.5-Star Review Bonus: $10 per review (potential for up to $250/month).Housing: Shared housing with the sales team is available if desired; rent costs are conveniently withheld from your paycheck.Pay Cycle: Bi-weekly paychecks.Requirements & QualificationsAge: Must be at least 21 years old.Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.Screening: Must pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.Schedule: Candidates must be prepared to work 6 days per week.Tenure: A minimum employment period of 30 days is required.Atlanta Licensing Process (Registered Employee)To work as a Registered Employee in Georgia, you will complete the following state-mandated steps with Mira’s support:Classroom Training: 10 hours covering safety, state laws, and chemical labels.Field Training: 70 hours of supervised on-the-job training.Exam: You must pass the Employee Registration Examination with a score of 70% or higher.Note: Unlike some other regions, this exam must be taken in person within the state of Georgia.
