We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations and exceptional customer service. As a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments, you will play a key role in managing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Essential Functions - Sales Order Management: Review and accurately enter sales orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct. - Client Communication: Engage with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments via email and phone to provide updates and information. - Order and Shipment Follow-Up: Proactively monitor and follow up on client orders, backorders, shipments, graphic requests, and sample requests to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. - Reporting and Projects: Generate sales reports and assist with various projects as assigned by management. - Customer Issue Resolution: Investigate, follow up, and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills Required - Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time-management and organizational skills. - Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and professionally. Education and Experience - Education: Associate's degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, emphasizing phone and written communication. - EDI Knowledge: Familiarity with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process is preferred but not required.
