This role supports employees through a variety of tasks and ensures efficient operations of the office. This person is proactive and willing to take the initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, as this role is highly dynamic and requires a high level of adaptability to meet the changing needs of the organization.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Leadership Support and Office DutiesProvide administrative support to the Office Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting/event planninEnsure smooth day-to-day office operations, including:Greeting visitors, answering phones and filingManaging office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor servicesCoordinating employee travel and internal eventsSupporting new hire onboarding and office space planningManaging and communicating production reportsGenerate reports, track timesheets, and provide billing and production updatesServe as a liaison for internal teams and properly route HR, payroll, benefits, and finance-related inquiries appropriatelyManage vendor relations with various groups including property management, electrical, maintenance, telecom, IT, etc.Assist management in providing effective support for all employees, customers, and external contract employees.Help support our production and back-office team; Ensure projects and tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerManage special projects and coordinate project deliverables, as needed.Additional duties and responsibilities, as needed, based on the frequently changing needs and growth that occurs across the company.All other duties assigned.Qualifications and Skills:Associate degree welcomed; bachelor's degree preferredPrior experience as an office or administrative assistantProficiency in full Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasksStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervisionProactive approach to problem solvingComfort with setting up technology tools, such as PC'sAbility to wear many hats, and prioritize accordinglyAdept at managing time and effort across multiple activitiesAble to execute processes that may not have defined proceduresWilling to take the initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasksCollaborative, professional team player with a positive attitudeMaintain high level of confidentialityHigh attentiveness to detailAble to work well in a fast-paced, team environmentChampion of the TCC brand and all we have to offer as an organizationOnsite/in-person roleTriple Crown Consulting provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and employment applicants without regard to considerations of race, color, religion or creed, gender, sex (including pregnancy), national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, citizenship status, genetic information, military or veteran status, age, and physical or mental disability, or any other classification protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws.
