Position Summary CVS Health Digital seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross‐functional engineering teams in delivering digital products that help people live healthier lives. The role requires prioritization, stakeholder management, and clear communication to deliver large enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities Lead large digital initiatives across the enterprise, managing full‐cycle program delivery, coordinating cross‐functional teams, and partnering with product, architecture, and PMO stakeholders to shape and prioritize complex enterprise initiatives. Required Qualifications 7+ years as a TPM or software engineering role, leading full cycle of large programs, managing stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs and status reports to senior leaders 6+ years practicing Agile Scrum and/or Kanban 4+ years leading teams of 4+ members in a matrix organization 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams to influence product development or improve products 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross‐functional teams Preferred Qualifications Ability to determine strategy and short/medium/long‐term plans to meet end goals In‐depth Agile development methodology experience Capacity to shape business and customer vision and prioritize impactful work Influence and persuade through well‐reasoned arguments, facilitating agreement or behavior change Advanced skills in Jira, AI tools, Office 360, Confluence, SharePoint or related tools Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt or Product Management Domain knowledge: Healthcare, Health Insurance Cloud technology experience: GCP Experience with Grafana, Splunk, Quantum Metric, Adobe Analytics & Datadog or similar metrics tools Knowledge of Apigee, microservices, JavaScript, Java, Spring‐boot, GitHub and/or test automation Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, organization skills; self‐driven and intrinsically motivated Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma + 4 years relevant experience). Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $106,605.00 – $284,280.00 (base hourly or annual salary, depending on position grade). Eligible for bonus, commission or short‐term incentive programs, as well as equity award program.
