In this role you will share accountability for assuring ITEC is meeting gross revenue, profit contribution, and production goals as targeted. You will be part of the effort to ensure the facility meets or exceeds all human capital, operations, safety, efficiency, and customer/quality goals and objectives.This role is Onsite in Monroe, North CarolinaWhat You’ll DoDrive compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, ensuring a zero-incident and fully compliant working environment.Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and standard work to reduce costs and maximize production efficiency.Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets, supporting cost control initiatives and financial performance of the plant.Lead reporting of plant performance, including operational results, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement progress.Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of production plans in alignment with business objectives.Oversee and optimize production control, manufacturing methods, maintenance coordination, supply chain, logistics, and distribution activities to support end-to-end plant performance.Ensure plant operations consistently meet production expectations in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all required operational documentation and records.Promote and sustain 5S and workplace organization standards across all manufacturing areas.Collaborate and drive the cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance) to resolve operational constraints and improve overall plant performance.Performing other duties as assigned at the enterprise level as required.What You’ll Need To Excel In This RoleBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required.Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant management within a complex industrial environment.Strong knowledge of manufacturing policies, procedures, and operational best practices.Proven ability to perform complex operational tasks and lead large, multi-shift teams.Experience with responsibility for personnel decisions and contribution to budgeting, planning, and operational improvements.Managerial and Leadership CompetenciesStrong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance across the organization.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data driven decision-making.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate objectives into execution.Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills.Demonstrated creativity and ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Total Rewards OfferingITEC (a MacLean Power Systems Company) offers a competitive compensation package; including a bonus potential based on company performance and a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
