Job Title: Active Directory EngineerLocation: Springfield, VAOnsite - onsiteSecurity Clearance: Top SecretResponsibilitiesSupport the process to allow on-premise web-based applications to be accessed externally in a secure mannerConfigure Conditional Access Policies within Azure AD to meet business requirementsManage Active Directory, DNS, SCOM\SCCM, group policy, and PowerShell scripting to ensure system integrity and securityDiagnose complex replication, group policy, and multi-domain issues in Active Directory environmentsIncorporate innovative technologies into the Department's equipment modernization programAct as Active Directory liaison with the MCAS Project TeamParticipate with the MCAS engineering group to implement directory-related services as part of the deployment planLead and participate in technical meetingsEnsure services managers are aware of system problems or customer issuesCreate MCAS AD test plans, technical specifications, and white papers as requiredCommunicate project activities and status regularly to project leadsOnboard applications in Azure AD and assist application owners with SPN creationCreate Kerberos Constrain Delegation (KCD) for SSOReplicate changes across three Active Directory core sites (BIMC, EW, MS)Configure single sign-on in Azure ADRequirementsBachelor's degree with 5+ years of recent system engineering experienceProficiency in authoring PowerShell scripts for task automationStrong understanding of DNS ManagementSolid experience with Group Policy for server managementFoundational to advanced proficiency with SCOM and SCCMMicrosoft MSCE certification (desired)Familiarity with DoS processes (desired)Microsoft and/or networking certifications (desired)Ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation concepts in the workplace (desired)Excellent interpersonal and team skillsStrong writing skillsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
