Job DescriptionIndependence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.The Sales And Marketing Administrator Is Responsible ForProviding administrative and operational support to the sales team. Maintaining and updating the CRM system.Preparing sales reports, client presentations, and proposals.Coordinating appointments, meetings, and client events.Assisting with marketing strategies targeting real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys.Creating and managing marketing materials and branding assets.Developing, posting, and managing digital media and social media content, including scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.Executing email marketing campaigns.
