If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract Duration: 12 Months +Required Skills & ExperienceRequired Qualifications: 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent Microsoft Power BI-Performance Analyzer-Analyze visual level and query level performance in Power BI Desktop-Capacity Metrics App-Identify capacity usage patterns, spikes, and outage causing operationsPower Query (M)-Distinguish between performant and non performant M code-Paginated Reports (SSRS)-Optimize report rendering time and understand CU consumptionMicrosoft Fabric-Working knowledge of Notebooks, Direct Lake, Data Pipelines, and capacity related behaviorsOn Premises Data GatewaysDiagnose connectivity failuresUnderstand gateway architecture and usage requirementsData Modeling-Design and assess efficient data models-Improve relationships, cardinality, and query paths for optimal performanceDAX Studio (Bonus Skill)-Use advanced diagnostics to identify query inefficiencies and bottlenecks-Review, optimize, and refactor poorly performing DAX calculationsWhat You Will Be DoingManage and resolve enterprise BI support tickets through the CASE system, with the majority focused on Microsoft Power BI.Troubleshoot and resolve issues including:Power BI Gateway connectivityReport and dataset accessCapacity and performance constraintsDatabase connectivity problemsReport design and implementation questionsHigh system capacity usageMissing or misconfigured gateway driversPlatform level issues impacting availability or performancePartner with various teams across the bank to:Analyze semantic models and reporting structuresIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks (slow loads, high CU usage)Provide best practice guidance for scalable and performant reporting solutionsCollaborate closely :Power BI Platform TeamDatabase Administrators (DBAs)Microsoft Vendor SupportAct as a technical consultant by meeting directly with users to:Fully understand business and technical problemsRecommend and implement effective solutionsCoordinate across platform and vendor teams when required
