Capable of managing mission-critical initiatives and transformational change.Compensation, Location, Schedule $115K - $120K Base pay + 10% yearly bonus target 3100 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074Hybrid work model 3-days in-officeDuties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and demonstrate an understanding of the firm’s business and stakeholder needs, expectations, and requirementsCollaborate with the project team members (analysts, QA, developers, and other technical resources) in determining the approach, deliverables, and tools required to meet project objectivesCollaborate with the project team to estimate cost and schedule using established estimating processes and toolsObtain stakeholder sign-off on project charter, scope, schedule, budget, and deliverablesDevelop and improve enterprise-wide processes for project delivery, from scoping through execution and closureCoordinate all activities of the project team and ensure that project tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/stakeholder reviews, etc) and communicating action steps and expectations to the teamDeliver regular status reports to project team, stakeholders, and managementAct as the point of contact for all day-to-day project issuesDevelop, maintain, review and/or disseminate all project documentation including project charter, status reports, invoices, change orders, schedules, budgets, and retrospective reviewsCollaborate on the content and presentation of key deliverables to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timelinessEnsure that all project documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal documentation processes, and is reviewed and approvedManage vendor and third-party relationships (i.e., consultants, software providers, etc)Coordinate activities of the project management team and has overall responsibility for the delivery of projects in the collection of projectsManage and control project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budgetIdentify project risks, develop a risk response plan, and regularly communicate risk status to the project team and stakeholdersEstablish benchmarks for measuring deliverable quality and take corrective actions as necessaryOversee project management team to ensure that scope, risk, and quality are properly monitored for all assigned projectsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsA minimum of five years in a project management role preferredExperience with external client project deliveryExperience in consulting or delivering IT/professional servicesUnderstanding of the SDLC process; coordination with remote development teams preferredStrong communication skills; can distill complex updates for non-technical audiencesAdaptable, proactive, and confident under ambiguityBackground in Healthcare or Financial Services is a strong plusPMP or Agile certification preferredWorking ConditionsMust be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
