Job Description: Job Overview:GENERAL SUMMARY:Assists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. A Program Analyst coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to achieve program progress. Typically, a program needing a Program Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise related to the development of project management mechanisms.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates schedules and task assignments by following proper project management practices with guidance from the Program Manager. The projects include Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon activities for Commercial SamplingCollects and reports and analyzes Tech Node related execution , identifies potential issues and promptly communicates them to the Program Manager. Assists the Program Manager in various reviews such as Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly status reviews, Summit coordination, Executive reviews, reviews, Technology High Level Reviews, etcCo-ordinate and track Action Items across cross functional domainCommunicates, coordinates, and escalates changes in Tech Node related timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.Helps identify and escalate risks and issues in limited capacity that occur throughout the program lifecycle to the Program Manager.Analyzes data and program metrics using appropriate tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs, Thoughtspot, JIRA, Splunk) and reports inconsistencies.Maintains and updates Confluence, Sharepoint sites, JIRA projects for issue tracking and databases using data management tools (e.g., Excel).Synthesizes simple data and metrics into a summary of key trends and presents results in an organized report.Partner with Engineering and Program Management leads to drive continuous improvement by coordinating Project Lessons Learnt sessions, participating in initiatives etc.Prepare Quality Management Systems reports under the guidance of Program Management and Engineering Ops managementPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years experience scheduling, maintaining, and/or contributing to the creation of program plans or related experience.1+ years exposure to program management tools.Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confleuence, SharePoint, Tableau, SplunkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequently transports between offices, buildings and campuses up to mile.Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers and vendors both in person and remotely.Comments for Suppliers: 0-4 yrs expwill have onsite presence
