We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team at our casual/upscale Mexican restaurant! where we have a great team and work environment! As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders - Enter orders into the POS system accurately - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas - Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting preferred - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with Toast POS system is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent multitasking abilities - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and techniques Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an outstanding dining experience.
