Teams NYC - We are actively looking to hire a Director of Social Work to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Watertown, MA!Great opportunity offering competitive pay and growth!Responsibilities Include:-Establishing and upholding overall facility policies and goals in connection to the Social Services Department.-Performing assessments, care planning, and over viewing resident satisfaction.-Ensure that Social Services Department is running efficiently, and according to all guidelines, laws, and regulations.Requirements:-Must have previous management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, or general Senior Care setting.-Should have a Master's in Social Work.-Several years of experience in Social Work, as well as Management experience.-Prior SNF experience.-Should have exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills.-Must be capable and comfortable with working closely with a team, and taking charge on a regular basis.-Should have extensive knowledge of guidelines and regulations within the area of Social Services.
