Qualifications
Driver's License (Required)
US work authorization (Required)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Restaurant Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
We are seeking a talented, driven, experienced managers who are passionate about hospitality! Our guests’ experiences are our top priority, we strive to WOW! Each time they dine with us. Our goal is to always deliver consistently high-quality food, and amazing guest dining experiences.
An ideal candidate will provide support to the General Manager in motivating and coaching teams to provide exceptional guest experiences and drive top-line sales. Must have the ability to manage fast paced front of the house restaurant operations, as well as maintain revenue, high production, productivity, quality, and adhere to our guest service standards. The strong desire to learn and grow with a thriving high volume restaurant company.
You will be expected to provide support to the general manager to create work schedules, oversee food preparation and make sure we comply with all health and safety restaurant regulations.
Our ideal Shift Manager will lead by example, with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to uplift and support our teams in high volume fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
