As a Senior Environmental Project Manager, you will lead with over 15 years of progressive hands-on experience in environmental investigations, assessments, and remediation projects, engaging with clients, regulators, and multi-disciplinary teams. EnSafe is committed to providing pragmatic, cost-effective strategies to maintain compliance, minimize liabilities, and improve environmental performance.Joining our team means immersing yourself in an environment that nurtures creativity, encourages collaboration at all levels, fosters a supportive culture, and facilitates professional development.In This Position, You WillLead and support landfill engineering projects and teams to fill data gaps and design, construct, operate, and optimize systems.Planning and performing site assessments, technology feasibility evaluations, construction oversight, and remedy O&M.Prepare, review, and mentor staff in the development of design documents, remedial alternatives analyses, specifications, and reports.Communicate with regulatory personnel and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.Provide project and client management for sites ranging from landfill sites to complex industrial and federal facilities.Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and long-term cost projections.Provide technical leadership and assistance to teams across multiple offices, including problem-solving and mentoring.Minimum Skills And RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. 15 + years of relevant experience required.P.E. required.Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and other environmental regulations, legislation, and SOPs.Strong consulting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.A valid driver’s license.Ability to travel overnight at least 20% to meet needs and objectives.Why Join EnSafe?Employee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
