Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Development Associate based in Alpharetta, GA.A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law.Position OverviewThe Development Associate will support the planning and execution of real estate projects by conducting financial and market analyses to inform investment decisions. This role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project feasibility and optimize portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic growth initiatives. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesPerform financial feasibility analysis for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with investment goalsConduct market research and demand analysis to support site selection and strategic planningBuild and maintain financial models to assess project viability and forecast returnsSupport asset management planning across large-scale portfolios to optimize performanceCreate Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and variances for leadership reportingTranslate data into actionable insights and presentations for stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project executionRequired Experience/SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field2–5+ years of experience in real estate or financial analysisStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modelingExperience with Power BI or similar data visualization toolsPreferred Experience/SkillsFamiliarity with healthcare real estate development processesKnowledge of market research methodologies and demand forecastingEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline requiredAdvanced coursework or certifications in financial modeling or real estate development preferredBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
