Overview In this role, you will design and scale AI-powered services by integrating LLM APIs and building Python-based AI applications. You’ll optimize model performance, manage retrieval-augmented data workflows, and deploy AI services at enterprise scale. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, API-driven AI capabilities in a hybrid client environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of AI development and cloud deployment, with a focus on robust, compliant solutions. ResponsibilitiesAI application development using Python, LangChain and CrewAI with RAG-based retrieval and Agentic AI workflowsLLM integration and optimization across OpenAI, Bard, Claude, and Azure OpenAI; optimize API usage and reduce hallucinations via embedding retrieval (FAISS, Pinecone)Model evaluation and performance tuning including model scoring, embedding fine-tuning, improved similarity search for retrieval-augmented appsAPI and microservices development with scalable RESTful APIs; secure endpoints using OAuth2, JWT, and rate limitingCloud deployment and orchestration of AI apps using AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD; use LangChain for workflow automationAgile development in Scrum teams with accurate task estimation and incremental AI feature releases Key requirements8+ years total experience; at least 4 years in AI/ML, LLM integrations, and enterprise cloud solutionsProven expertise in GenAI API orchestration, prompt engineering, and embedding retrievalStrong knowledge of scalable AI architectures and security best practicesPyTorchTensorFlowHugging FacePineconeOpenAILangChain
