Home Decor Store Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for someone to join our team! We need to fill the role of Store Manager for our interior design studio, home decor store and furniture showroom. This job consists of organizing and inspecting inventory, light furniture assembly, preparing items for our design room and client projects, and overall maintenance our of storefront. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and organized.
Handle credit card transactions accurately.
Collaborate with customers to understand their decoration needs and make suggestions with items we have to offer.
Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote an inviting place for customers and design clients.
A welcoming attitude that shows hospitality to shoppers.
Desire to contribute to the growth & expansion of LNA Interiors
Skills
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Takes initiative & has problem solving skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Highly detail oriented
This position is for someone with a positive and friendly attitude, and will be a representation of the LNA Interiors design team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
