Lead Carpenter/Foreman

Carpenter/Remodeler Kimberlin construction is a family owned and operated company located in Saint Louis, MO. We are looking for a supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish Ensure that all safety guidelines and company policies are followed at all times Inspect job sites and take necessary action to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget Work with Project Managers to develop production schedules, manage production time, and ensure that all crew members are performing their duties properly Ensure that safety procedures are being followed at all times Communicate with Project Managers to discuss any changes or issues that need to be made to improve efficiency or quality Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
