Material Handler – ManufacturingLocation: Durham, CTSchedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for individuals who work well in a team environment, follow direction, and maintain a strong focus on productivity and accuracy throughout their shift.Key ResponsibilitiesMove, stage, and transport materials throughout the production areaSupply production lines with required materials in a timely mannerAssist with loading and unloading materials as neededMaintain accurate inventory flow and organizationSupport machine operators and production staff as neededKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesQualificationsPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift materials and remain active throughout the shiftReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to contribute to a high-volume production environment and support overall operational efficiency.Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
