We are a fun-loving, mind-blowing company that makes a difference one cup at a time.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for ensuring that payroll and payroll-related activities are processed appropriately, with guidance and general oversight from the Payroll Manager.Job Qualifications1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience requiredHigh school degree, or GED, requiredAssociate degree, preferredMust have good mathematical skillsPrior DB experience, preferredMust be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting required reportingdeadlinesAbility to work independently, with little supervision, and interact positively with othersIntuitive analytical skills to proactively address and identify accounting and operational issuesPossess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely mannerAbility to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and growing organizationLocation Requirement:This position is eligible for remote work within any state Dutch Bros currently resides in.Key Result Areas (KRAs)Process payroll on time and accurately:Run bi-weekly payroll for Dutch Bros. LLCProcess individualized payroll activities that include (but are not limited to):GarnishmentsPayroll DrawsDirect depositsAdminister stand employee bonuses, as dictated by Finance/Accounting DepartmentsDistribute manual payroll checksProcess manual checks, as requested by Human Resources DepartmentProtect DB operations by maintaining strict confidentialityTrack and update payroll change paperworkPrint pay stubs upon requestMaintain clear, open communication with HR and Finance/ Accounting Departments:Create and maintain employee Payroll files for DB LLCSupport employees with use of time and attendance softwareAnswer inquiries regarding employment verificationAssist employees with establishing online user accessDocument and update DB LLC payroll processes, as neededRespond to employee and HQ Payroll inquiries within 1 business day:Provide payroll information to other departments, as needed, through reports, charts, graphs, or other requested presentation methodsRespond to Verification of Employment requests and wage verificationsEmployee system troubleshootingAssist with employee questions regarding W2s, Direct Deposit, and pay-stubsCoordinate internal and external meetings, as needed, to ensure all departments, Operators, and Franchisees have the necessary informationOther duties as assignedSkillsAdaptableInitiativeCollaborativeCommunicationEffective Prioritization Physical RequirementsRemote Work Environment Adaptability: Must be able to effectively perform job duties in a remote work environment.
