Role Description IMSI Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC Estimator to join our team in Dallas, TX, for an on-site role. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects. This includes analyzing project blueprints and specifications, determining material and labor requirements, preparing project budgets, and coordinating with project managers to ensure successful project execution. The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships and staying updated on industry standards and market conditions. Qualifications Proficient knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping systemsExperience with Project Management and overseeing project timelinesStrong skills in Budgeting and cost estimationDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documentsCompetency in estimation software and Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plusPrior experience in the construction or mechanical contracting industry is a strong plus
