Some of What You Will Do In You Day to Day: Lead and supervise Direct Support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance guidance. Oversee residents’ care and daily routines, coordinating medical, behavioral, and recreational support. Manage house operations, including budgets, maintenance, supplies, and vehicles. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and prepare for monitoring or quality reviews. Maintain strong communication with residents’ families, external providers, and other stakeholders. Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance services and operations. What You Need: Minimum 5 years of experience in intellectual disabilities, human services, or related fields, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of residential services, care practices, and applicable laws/regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Job Details Pay Type:
